Positive and healthy relationships
The most important single ingredient in the formula of success is knowing how to get along with people.—Theodore Roosevelt
One of the most profound experiences we can have in our lives is the connection we have with other human beings. Positive and supportive relationships will help us to feel healthier, happier, and more satisfied with our lives.
Not only is a negative attitude preventing you from fully enjoying your life, it can have a significant impact on your environment. The energy a person brings with them is contagious. One of the best things you can offer your family, organization or community is your positive attitude.

Something I have encountered today. Surround yourself with people
that are always motivated, driven and uplifting. Negative energy surrounding
you will not do you any good; it just breaks down your inner peace. It is
understandable that it is not always easy, but life is too short for arguments,
to hold grudges and simply being unhappy. So be happy!
Our life is a reflection of our attitude. Without even noticing it, it can be easy to become negative and cynical towards the world as we are continuously exposed to tragedy and injustice in the media and as we experience our own heartache and distress. Not only is a negative attitude preventing you from fully enjoying your life, it can have a significant impact on your environment. Selfless acts
My day started bad… Had an assignment due and to my realization could not access my student account. Up and down, from one point to another trying to fix the problem, having a group meeting in between and lab assistant not available. Stress becoming overwhelming, I decide to take a seat and just relax for 5 minutes. One of my classmates comes along and asks what the matter is, story told. Without thinking twice she offers her help, and assures me everything will be okay, keeping in mind that she was on her way to a class. Without any complaining and excuses, off she goes, an hour after her class have started. Problem solved. It’s called SELFLESS - the total opposite of SELFISH. It is always sacrificing your own needs for the greater good of others. What a beautiful gesture. I will forever be grateful. Let’s start putting others needs above our own, life would be so much better!
Positivity
Something that crossed my mind today that I feel each individual should share with the people around them...
We cannot think that things will turn out well, unless we commit ourselves to think positively all the time. Meeting our goals in life depends largely on the willingness of every one of us and that will is directly related to the projections with positive thinking. Whether at school with your classmates, at work with your colleagues or with our loved ones, positive thinking will always have good results. So go on and spread postive energy!

Good understanding and communication
Wow! Just experienced something today in class that I probably
will have to practice next year. Our Computers in Education lecturer, Dr Miller
have students doing a test for her, a few second year students, PGCE students
and our 4th year students, all at the same time. What amazes me, it
that everything works out and she has no sign of any frustration or concern
that she has to teach all these students at the same time. She uses her time
for each group effectively and has no need to rush through things. Amazing! Just
shows good understanding and communication, IT WORKS!

Respect
There is a famous quote that says, "Respect is not given, it's earned". Today, I somewhat can relate, no matter who you are, what you are and what the situation, we should always respect each other's views on life, opinions and feelings.
